Sysmatic came from the systems that let a lean company scale.
In 2017, Dovid began building a real estate company for small investors and learned fast that growth would break if every workflow depended on founder memory.
The story
It became clear early that the company would not get far if investor onboarding, document flow, reporting, and follow-up all depended on one person.
Instead of trying to muscle through the work, he built systems: repeatable intake, cleaner handoffs, document workflows, operating rhythms, and visibility into what needed attention.
With a lean team, the company grew to $20M in managed equity and more than 200 investors largely on the back of better systems.
Sysmatic brings that same discipline to founder-led companies, now with AI workflows that make full systems faster to deploy, easier to measure, and easier to improve over time.
Founder bio
Dovid Preil builds the systems he wishes existed before the business got heavy: workflow maps, data movement, dashboards, automations, AI-assisted review, and the handoff work that makes systems stick after launch.
Operating philosophy
- Start with the bottleneck before automating anything.
- Make ownership visible: entry point, owner, status, escalation rule, and source of truth.
- Use AI with adult supervision: AI can classify, summarize, draft, and flag; a human still owns the decision.
